Ingredients
- 1 sheet of frozen short crust pastry
- 250ml sour cream
- 1 level tablespoon Footeside Farm Wattle Seed, roasted and ground
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
Method
Place pastry in a round 20cm cake tin. Heat oven to 150 C.
Beat sour cream, eggs, sugar and Footeside Farm Wattle Seed together until smooth and creamy. Pour into pastry and bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from tin.
