Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower head
- 1 litre Chicken Stock
- 1 dessert spoon Footeside Farm Dried Salt Bush Leaves
- Pepper to taste
- Extra liquid may be needed depending on the size of the cauliflower.
Method
This is a really easy and satisfying soup to make.
Wash cauliflower and cut into pieces. Place in a large pan and cover with stock.
Add the Footeside Farm Dried Salt Bush Leaves.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes, simmering gently until the cauliflower is tender.
Leave to cool slightly and process with a stick blender.
If the soup is too thick add more liquid - stock, water, milk.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
This is lovely served with a swirl of cream.
