Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the product.
All claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of items by email using our Contact Us form so we can arrange return and where appropriate exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in their original condition with postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
